But What If?
Bad Address or Returned not Served
- Any service that cannot be completed due to incorrect address, subject has moved, is not known, deceased, attempts have been exhausted, or the service has been canceled by the client, after the first attempt. Clients will not be discounted and charged at full rate.
Canceled Service Before First Attempt
- If the service is cancelled by the client before it is attempted, the documents will be returned and no charge will be incurred.
Cancelled Service After First Attempt
- If the service is cancelled by the client after an attempt has been made, the documents will be returned and client will be charged at full rate.
Multiple Addresses Per Entity
- If given two or more addresses to attempt on an entity, the first address listed will be attempted until attempts have been exhausted on bad address, before moving on to the next address. Unless the client specified that all addresses are attempted simultaneously.
Multiple Entities at the Same Address
- The 1st Defendant will be charged at the full rate, each additional entity will be discounted and charged at half rate if served at the same time as the first Defendant.
Additional Paper
- Additional Service that can be delivered to the same person, same time, same address. $40
TRO- Restraining Orders
- Restraining Orders are automatically served and charged as 1-Day Rush Service. Standard $85 plus and additional $50 per rush service.
Additional Service Precept/Temporary Restraining Order

SOS, CSC, CT Service
- Corporation Service Company, CT Corporation, Secretary of State. $75 Plus fee charged by these entities.
Out of County and Remote Area $25 Up-Charge NO NAPPS / ATTORNEYS DISCOUNT
- Area Codes 77617, 77623, 77650 Gilchrist. High Island, and Port Bolivar require Ferry boat service to Serve. An automatic $25 Up-charge will be added due to the Ferry Boat Schedule.
Late Night or Early a.m. Service Request
- Standard business hours are Sunrise to 10:00 p.m.
- 10:00pm-6:00am requested service will be up-charged $40

Witness Fee Advance
- We are happy to advance witness fees. You will be charged the witness fee, plus 10% and an additional $3 check fee.
