There are no refunds on cancellation of jobs after the documents have been assigned and the first attempt has been made.
Procedure to cancel a job. Call 281-709-8361 and obtain verbal verification that the job has been canceled. A refund of any Prepayment will be made within 7 Business days. If a customer calls prior to any processing or assigning to process servers' then there is no charge. If unable to reach via phone, then an email must be sent to Wilson@OrbitProcessService.com and a confirmation must be obtained that Orbit Process Service acknowledges cancellation. If the customer has mailed and requests that the documents be returned, in the event that services have been canceled, then Orbit Process Service will return the documents via mail as requested. Should the cost to return the documents exceed $6 Orbit Process Service will charge the customer for the additional postage and or handling fee.
Prepayments:
Once Orbit Process Service verbally or electronically, by email acknowledges receiving the assignment and agrees to perform the job then it is implied that the customer will pay for the services requested.
All service requests must be accompanied by prepayment or payment arrangements. In the event Orbit Process Service accepts an assignment without requiring prepayment for whatever reason, the customer agrees to pay the invoice(s) for service.
If the payment is not paid within 30 days, there will be a $25 late fee incurred by the customer.
Orbit Process Service reserves the right to update, change, and add as circumstances require.
